1. Subject matter and scope

These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://www.contenitori-interrati.it ("Site"), operated by Bunder Company SRL, with registered office at Viale F. De Blasio, s.n.c., 70132 Bari (BA) - Italia, VAT no. 07734810729.

The Site is predominantly informational and presents the Greenport brand, neighbourhood eco-island and underground container solutions, technologies and products marketed by Bunder Company SRL as brand owner, as well as related contact channels.

Access to and use of the Site are permitted in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Informational nature of content

Content published on the Site is provided for information and disclosure purposes.

Unless expressly stated in specific contractual documents, quotations or offers, information on the Site does not constitute a binding contractual offer, public promise, guarantee of product availability or commitment regarding prices, configurations, technical features or delivery times.

Publication of a product, solution or service on the Site does not necessarily mean it is available at all times or on the same terms.

Any commercial, supply, rental, consultancy or other relationship is governed by the relevant quotations, orders, order confirmations, contracts, general terms of sale and other applicable contractual documents.

In case of conflict, for the relevant contractual relationship, validly concluded contractual documents between the parties prevail.

Submitting a request via the form does not in itself conclude a contract, nor does it guarantee acceptance of the request or a response within a specific timeframe.

Bunder Company handles received requests with reasonable diligence, depending on the nature of the request and its operational needs.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks and distinctive signs of manufacturers, partners and other parties that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

For users acting as consumers, mandatory provisions of law apply, including those on jurisdiction.

For users acting in the course of their business, commercial, craft or professional activity, where valid derogation from territorial jurisdiction is permitted, the Courts of Bari shall have jurisdiction.

This provision relates exclusively to use of the Site and does not replace any clauses on governing law and jurisdiction in individual contracts, orders or general terms of sale or supply.
